Q. What areas do you cover?

A. We provide mobile detailing services across Surrey and the surrounding areas, including but not limited to West Sussex, East Sussex, Hampshire and London. Additional charges may apply depending on your location.

 

Q. How long does a detailing session take?

A. The duration depends on the type of service, vehicle size and condition. Typically, services will take between 1-4 hours, however more specific times are on the individual service pages. 

 

Q. What type of vehicles do you service?

A. We service all types of vehicles. The prices listed on our website are designed for cars, but for other vehicle types, please contact us for a personalised quote based on the specific job.

 

Q. Can I book a detailing service for my company’s fleet or employees’ vehicles?

A. Yes, we work with both employee vehicles and company-owned fleets. For larger fleet jobs, please contact us directly for a customised quote.

 

Q. Do I need to be present during the service?

A. No, you don’t need to be present. As long as we have access to your vehicle, we can perform the service. We can arrange access with you beforehand.

 

Q. How do I pay for the service?

A. We accept payment via bank transfer or cash. You’ll receive an invoice upon completion of the service.

 

Q. Can you remove pet hair from my vehicle?

A. Yes, we offer pet hair removal as part of our additional services. We use specialized tools and techniques to ensure your vehicle is hair-free.

 

Q. How often should I have my car detailed?

A. We recommend at least monthly services, though the frequency may vary depending on your vehicle's environment and its upkeep between visits.

 

Q. What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

A. We understand that plans can change. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Please contact us as soon as possible to avoid any cancellation fees.

 

Q. Are your services available for both private and business clients?

A. Yes, we offer services for both individual clients and businesses. Whether you need your personal vehicle cleaned or an entire fleet of company cars maintained, we can help.

 

Q. Whats the difference between your Enhance and Deluxe services?

A. Our ‘Enhance’ service offers a meticulous clean and rejuvenation of your vehicle, while ‘Deluxe’ elevates the experience, adding premium treatments for a refined, luxurious finish.

 

Q. Do you offer any discounts or special offers?

A. Yes, we offer discounted rates for regular clients and businesses with multiple vehicles. Contact us for information on current offers.

 

Q. Can I book a one-off service or do I need a subscription?

A. Anyone is welcome to book one-off services, but we also offer subscription plans for businesses and individuals who want regular maintenance at discounted rates. Contact us for more information.

 

Q. How do I book an appointment?
