At Silver Star Detailing, we are committed to providing the highest quality mobile detailing services. To ensure smooth operations, we ask that you review and comply with our policies, terms of service, and respect for our staff.
By proceeding with a booking, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring the best possible experience for you and your vehicle.
1. Condition of Vehicle
If your vehicle’s interior is heavily soiled, (e.g., pet hair, oil stains, mold, or excessive dirt), additional charges may apply. We recommend sending us clear images of the affected areas before booking so we can provide an accurate estimate. If images are not provided, we will discuss and agree on any additional charges before commencing work on the day of the service.
2. Location Requirements
For insurance and safety reasons, we cannot perform detailing services on vehicles located on the main road, heavily trafficked streets, or narrow, tight roads. We are also unable to work in pay-and-display car parks.
Additionally, we require clear and safe access to your vehicle. If there are any obstacles or restrictions preventing us from working effectively, please notify us in advance.
3. Unforeseen Circumstances
Silver Star Detailing cannot be held responsible for delays or cancellations due to external factors such as traffic, weather, or other unforeseen events. Should we need to cancel or reschedule your booking due to these circumstances, subject to availability, we will work with you to find a convenient time within 2 weeks of the original booking.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Customers must provide at least 24 hours' notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule their appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee, which is up to 50% of the service cost.
5. Damage Liability
We take great care when performing our services. However, we cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage to your vehicle or for any damage that may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., defective vehicle parts). We recommend inspecting your vehicle prior to the service.
6. Use of Customer Information
We value our customers' privacy. Any personal information shared with us will only be used for the purpose of providing services and will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law.
7. Service Limitations
We will do our best to provide a high-quality service, but certain situations (e.g., excessive wear on the vehicle’s interior, heavily damaged paintwork, etc.) may limit the effectiveness of the service.
8. Complaints and Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with the service you have received, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We are committed to resolving disputes amicably and professionally. If a resolution cannot be reached, we may offer a partial refund, re-service, or another appropriate solution, depending on the nature of the issue.
9. Agreement to Terms
By booking a service with Silver Star Detailing, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions. If any of the above conditions apply (e.g., location or vehicle condition), we reserve the right to charge full booking fees, and you will receive an invoice via the contact details provided during booking.
10. Payment Policy
Failure to pay for services rendered will result in legal action. An invoice will be sent to the address and email provided at the time of booking. Unpaid invoices will be pursued through appropriate legal channels, and payment must be received promptly to avoid further action.
